Reading and responding to comments is my favorite part of blogging.
However, there are some comments I never respond to because they get classified as spam and therefore get trashed. I’ve noticed that they are increasingly sweet and complimentary, appealing to my ego and making it increasingly harder to ignore.
Damn you smart spammers!
In the spirit of Suze Orman, I’ve now taken to read the comments made by spammers and scream, “Denied!” after coming up with at least one reason not to post them.

I do like the manner in which you have presented this specific concern and it does give us a lot of fodder for consideration. Nonetheless, coming from everything that I have personally seen, I simply just wish as other feed-back stack on that people today continue to be on issue and don’t get started on a soap box of the news of the day. Yet, thank you for this outstanding piece and although I do not really concur with this in totality, I regard your point of view. |
This comment was intended for my About page, which is exactly one sentence long. Considering the industry they are in, maybe all they need is one sentence.

If you’re serious about making money with your website, watch this free video about getting free instant targeted traffic to your site. |
This was left on the entry I wrote on babies called, “Excuse me.” I’m all about using babies to get out work, but I’m against using them to make money on my site.
HOW MUCH MONEY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? OH, NEVERMIND.

This was left on the entry I wrote on the drunk ladies outside my window called, “The ladies next door: double trouble.” I wonder what type of Japanese Online School would be attracted to a title like that one.

There are tons of good tv shows to choose from to say it’s the best. No matter what is said though, there is no doubt that this show ranks in the top five of all of them. Yes, there are shows that are a bit older but this one still has charm. There is comedy, love, and a little politics, easily moving it up to the top. They just don’t make them like this nowadays. |
This was posted on, “In writing,” which was specifically about an email exchange. But, now I’m curious as to what TV show he thinks I was talking about.
CHANGING THE CHANNEL NOW.

Great review, I love your site. |
This was posted on, “Melt my hair to stone,” which was not a review, but a revue. And hair never goes with bread. Ever.
